I had a great experience purchasing my new Cadillac Lyriq 2024 at Rohrich Cadillac and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. The entire staff is very friendly and approachable. I worked with Jon Thomas who was very professional, easily reachable throughout this process and very knowledgeable, updating us at every step and made the process super easy. He was very responsive over phone or text message and made sure we got the vehicle we loved. On the day of purchase, the process was quick and efficient. I really enjoyed doing business with them and would highly recommend them if anyone is looking to buy a Cadillac.

Very difficult to get the right person on the phone to handle a certain situation. After talking with John my sale person (whom I should have contacted first)he worked everything out for me. Being from out of state the sale experience over all was very good.
