Service Manager John and Danny are alway very polite and easy to work with. Work is generally completed punctually and rates are competitive.

Ryan from the Service and department (and the rest of his team) is always very professional and courteous. I drive an old Cadillac and he’s always looking out for me and offering great recommendations and tips. He gives genuine advice and does not try to upset me things I didn’t need. Anthony from the Parts department is also very friendly and kind. He did not attempt to upsell me parts that I did not need and make extra effort to help me find parts I that I was inquiring about. Overall, my experience at Paul Conte Cadillac dealership has been very great and exceeded my experience. The lounge area is small but sufficient for the amount of folks. Simple coffee machine does the job and toilet is clean. Keep it up!

Taking a road trip and my car needed some unexpected work - Paul Conti service really stepped up for me I would never service my car elsewhere!
