2026 Cadillac Escalade

I've been a Crest customer for 15 years, so this experience was exactly how I expected it should be. Working with Anthony was a great experience! I was very grateful for his level of professionalism, excellent customer service, patience, and inventory knowledge. He even took the time to explain in detail the benefits of leasing a car and gave me an in depth walkthrough of the process. I was not planning on buying a car right now, but due to an engine issue I was forced to. Going into the process I was really at a loss as to what to buy and not excited about the entire ordeal. Anthony listened to my concerns, needs, wants, and really helped make the entire experience enjoyable. He was very communicative, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I believe that he advocated for me in negotiating the final price and did all he could for me as his customer. We will for sure be repeat customers in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate the excellent care and customer service from Anthony and the entire Crest team. Thank you for helping me find a great car for me and my family! Outstanding customer service! When looking to lease a car, I reached out to several dealers and Austin was the only one to get back to me within 24 hours. Austin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I had originally planned to visit a few dealerships, but after making my first stop at Crest and dealing with Austin and his colleagues, I leased my car there that day. I highly recommend Crest to anyone looking for a car.

Could not be happier with our experience at Crest, specifically with our salesman Cory. After the worst sales experience I have ever encountered at another dealership (AutoNation) I did not want to visit another dealership at all. My wife convinced me to give Crest a shot and I am happy that I finally listened to her, maybe I’ll do that more often. If and when I need another vehicle I know it will be from Crest
