It was always a pleasure to communicate with Alex. I emailed him back and forth asking about prices and availability. Then I completed the simple credit application on their website and made an appointment. When we arrived, he greeted us by name. Alex had the vehicle we requested washed and fully charged. I did not opt for the wear and tear coverage, but I understand this coverage gives customers peace of mind when it comes to damage such as door dings. They had a broad selection of vehicles in stock with the options and colors that I wanted. Other dealerships only had vehicles loaded with pricey options I did not care about. While undergoing construction, Cadillac Marin’s temporary office is small and spartan. Despite this we went from test drive to driving home in a new car in about two hours.
