Riverside Cadillac has raised the bar on car buying. I recently shopped four dealers from two different makes brands of automobiles. Riverside excelled in their service. The one thing that impressed me the most was how the sales people. Austin provided me information but did not push it down my throat. All seven other dealers asked. me “what can I do today to make you walk out of here with my car today”. I told each one “nothing short of giving it to me”. Austin Moore was very helpful. He sent me pictures when I had a virus and couldn’t get up there to see the car. Then,when I got up there I met his manager who remained was totally hands off. Austin did the entire deal himself until it was time to sign the papers for the finance manager. I would highly recommend Riverside Cadillac GMC.
