Always a great experience with the service department. Vinny and Rob are excellent with explaining every step of the process. Aric the service manager is always involved with knowing everything involved in the repair or service. All of the service techs are professionals in their trade. Only bad thing is the time it takes for parts that are not on location/in stock. GM parts needs to step up their game to keep up with this shop.
