I wish i could give them more stars. Solomon deserves all of the awards on his desk. Incredibly professional - went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and get me in the exact car i wanted for the price i needed. ((Lauren at Sewell told me that wasn’t possible and acted like she was burdened by my call)) I’m so happy I gave my business to Clay Cooley and the team that worked with me today. They made the process so simple, fast and enjoyable. I love my new 2025 Lyriq ????

The first thing I wanna say is that everyone at this dealership was so friendly and wonderful. I had an amazing experience except for one thing. The car I bought had been a loaner car. It had a ding in the windshield. I wanted an agreement to have that fixed Before I bought the car. The sales manager, Sonny, agreed to take another thousand dollars off of the car if I agreed not to have a new windshield put in and to have the ding sucked up and fixed. When I went back to have that done, they took it around back, then brought it back to me and said that it had already been done. It is about the size of a dime, and it is noticeable. I left a note there that day for. Sonny to call me because he wasn’t there that day. He has never called. He obviously didn’t know or maybe he did know that it had already been sucked in. So, I’m driving around with what I would say is a new Cadillac with a dime size ding in the windshield. As a third time Cadillac owner, and Cadillac’s being such a top-of-the-line vehicle, I would think that they would not want one of their vehicles to drive off the lot with a noticeable ding in the windshield. I am embarrassed when I tell people I bought a new car and they say “it’s a new Cadillac and you have a ding in the windshield?” Sonny told me that after it was sucked in, it would be just a tiny spot and barely noticeable. Well, it is very noticeable. I’m disappointed in this dealership for not making that right. I don’t believe that I should have had to sacrifice on the price of the car for them to install a new windshield. That should’ve been done before the car was ever even shown to anyone. Other than that the sales man, Richard Wells, was absolutely great and made me feel like I am just part of his family now. I trade cars about every 3 to 4 years and it will always be a Cadillac. I have mixed feelings about whether or not I will contact Lonestar Cadillac when it’s time for me to trade. I am now going to have to spend the money to replace the windshield out of my pocket. I absolutely do not think the thing making it my expense to replace the windshield was professional and honorable as a Cadillac dealership.

Outstanding Car Buying Experience with Ronnie Clark at Lone Star (Clay Cooley) Cadillac I recently had the pleasure of working with Ronnie Clark at Lone Star Cadillac (now Clay Cooley Cadillac), and I can confidently say that it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the very first conversation, Ronnie stood out as someone who was genuine, honest, and truly customer-focused—not just a typical salesperson trying to make a quick deal. I shared my budget with him over the phone, and within 15 minutes, he came back with a realistic offer that was very close to what I was hoping for. There was no back-and-forth with inflated prices or unreasonable numbers. With minimal negotiation, we quickly arrived at a number we were both comfortable with. Ronnie mentioned the deal was for same-day signing, and we did head over to the dealership. However, due to limited time and some color options not being available, we weren’t able to finalize everything that day. Even during the two hours we spent browsing cars, Ronnie was incredibly patient, attentive, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He helped us explore multiple options without a hint of frustration. What impressed me most was that, despite us leaving on Saturday without signing, Ronnie never pressured us to close the deal. Instead, he put his trust in us when we told him we’d return on Monday—and we did. True to form, Ronnie greeted us warmly, made the final steps smooth and hassle-free, and ensured the car was spotless, accessorized, and ready to go. He even took the time to walk us through all the features thoroughly, ensuring we left with no unanswered questions. This was the first time I’ve felt that buying a car can actually be a stress-free experience, and Ronnie Clark is a big reason why. The dealership is new, clean, and well-run, but it’s the people like Ronnie who make all the difference. I'm not gaining anything by writing this review—I just believe in giving credit where it's due. It's refreshing to know that there are still professionals out there who are ethical, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re in the market for a Cadillac, I highly recommend reaching out to Ronnie Clark at Clay Cooley Cadillac. You’ll be glad you did.
