2026 Cadillac Escalade ESV

I cannot express enough what an amazing experience I had getting my car here. I had a very difficult and unique situation and Julie Johnson and her team made sure to help me and get me into the car I wanted. She has checked in on me several times since I bought the car. This is BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I just purchased my brand new Cadillac Lyriq at Crestview Cadillac, and I have to say that the professionalism and service was outstanding. I worked directly with Jason Kim and he was not only knowledgeable but super helpful, that’s what happens when you’ve worked at the same dealership for 15 years. I originally went in with my wife so she can see what the car looks like that I’ve been drooling about for 3 years since Cadillac announced it. Jason greeted us and I immediately told him that we were just looking and that we were dealing with another dealership where we live, over 60 miles away. He acknowledged and didn’t come across as a pushy car sales man, which I liked. He let us take the car for a test drive and told us all the benefits, helping us completely understand everything about the car. After the drive he Camino again that we were already working with another dealership but offered to show us a price. We accepted and the rest is history. The reason why I like Jason and Crestview is no one came off as a sales guy, there was no extreme back and forth negotiating, they truly cared about my experience and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Crestview Cadillac and Jason Kim.

When I decided it was time to buy a new car, I have to admit, I cringed at the thought of the car buying process. However, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Avia Yin was a pleasure to deal with and the consummate professional. I live over an hour away and she worked with me diligently to make it work and boy, did she. I cannot recommend Crestview Cadillac and Avia enough. She's a great communicator and better yet, a person with integrity. After I received my keys, she took her time and was beyond patient helping me set up car play and showing me all the new features that I had no clue how to navigate. Like I said, best experience ever and I just love my new XT4. If you're in the market for a Cadillac, they're the place to go!
