2026 Cadillac Escalade ESV

Gary in the service department is so pleasant to deal with it almost makes getting your car serviced have a silver lining of joy. we were picking up a new car and he gave us the best walk-through. It was really nice. He took time for both of us to handle all of our personalization:) Not only is he super nice and an amazing human, but the way he treats his coworkers, and they treat him back with just the utmost respect, is really wonderful to watch. It's great to see that this old-world respect and kindness still exist. It basically makes you feel as though you're buying a car and becoming part of a club of great people. In fact, when my wife and I were leaving yesterday, a gentleman who has owned four cars and got them all here said that not only does he love Cadillacs, but working with the people here has just been the best experience of his automotive life. And I don't know any of these people personally; I just met them all yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience that I had to take a photo together and speak the truth.

Had an amazing experience with South San Francisco Cadillac. The delivery and presentation of the car were like nothing I have ever experienced! They do a whole unveiling of the car with multiple staff around and music playing! I have had a number of luxury brands and have never had anything like that. My salesperson Giovanni was so knowledgeable and his service was over the top, he even drove over to my house to deliver what I thought was missing but was not. Everyone, including Nina and Tony, the other two salespeople, were also extremely helpful! It is a true team atmosphere!

We brought our kids with us, and they made them feel at home. My friend also bought a new cadillac at another dealership and didn't receive any of the love we did, lol.
