I always bring my Escalade here. I recently dropped my car off unannounced (tire blow out) and it was ready the next day. However, I recommend that you set up an appointment. Diagnostic fee may be pricey but the skilled work is A+

Father daughter day to get her XT5 oil changed and tires rotated. We also checked out cars in showroom. Nice 69 vette! Steven was our service advisor and he was explaining what was occurring with her car. He was awesome!! Every time we have been at the service department it has been great.
