Real life review! not a friend or family member here! We drove 3 hours to look for and buy a vehicle in Houston. This place was not originally on our stopping list for the day, the reviews is what made us change our whole plans. I’m so glad we stumbled upon it. the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we initiated the process, Matt Lopez ensured that we received precisely what we needed. Matt went above and beyond to make it a memorable event. We shared with him our previous experience with other dealerships and he showed empathy. He didn't have to and we appreciate that. My husband and I came to this dealership after bad customer service at other previous dealership. I had my doubts because of my previous dealership experience. As soon I stepped into the dealership I felt a positive energy. Employees immediately came to assist us but we requested to speak to Matt . The employees notified Matt and one person said Matt is a great guy. The moment Matt approached us he was very attentive demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine interest in meeting our needs. Which is what made us stay and do business with KNAPP Chevrolet . He showed us the vehicle we were interested in. When we discussed finance there was no bullying or hassle. Then we met the business manager Luis and even the owner came to shake our hand , they all had the same great customer service attributes. Even our finance associate Juan Martinez was a positive light , I'm glad my husband chose Knapp Chevrolet and I am definitely pleased with my vehicle. I recently purchased a certified preowned vehicle at Knapp Chevrolet. I’ve had good and bad car buying experiences at other dealerships, hands-down this was the most pleasant. I worked with Kevin and the sales manager, Luis. They both were professional and polite, and had a laid-back non-pressure demeanor. I had many questions and have had a few follow ups since the purchase, they have been just as responsive as before my purchase and went above and beyond with a couple requests related to my vehicle. I rarely write reviews, so needless to say I highly recommend Knapp Chevrolet.

Ill try to be brief but I have so much to say about this amazing dealership!! Luis and Matt helped get me riding in a new car and it only took a few hours!! The customer service was TOP TIER starting with the introductory video from Matt! Matt was patient and kind and even played my favorite music during the whole process. Made me some fresh hot coffee and smiled the entire time! Luis is also a one of a kind, tell it like it is Finance manager and he made me question all my life's financial decisions in a good way! LOL He educated me on the loan process so I wasn't going into this new loan blind. As a teacher, I loved that! The last guy we spoke to, his name leaves me at the moment but I do remember he was a kind man who shared the same faith and beliefs as I did and we instantly connected! He even shared how his son had the same car I was purchasing and he confirmed it was a great buy! We also loved getting to shoot the basketball in the lobby to try for free oil changes! The whole experience was a AMAZING and I've been telling my Friends all about this awesome dealership! Thank you guys for being a light and example of integrity in this world and not trying to get over on people like some dealerships!
