I recently visited Bill Cram Chevrolet for an oil change and rotate on my truck, and I must say, they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, walking into the dealership, I was immediately struck by how clean and organized the facility was. Rick went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. The employees were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing the best possible service. When it came to the oil change itself, I was impressed by the thoroughness of their work. The technician Ben didn't just quickly perform the oil change / rotate and send me on my way; instead, he took the time to inspect my truck thoroughly, topping off my washer fluid, setting my tire pressures, and ensuring everything was in proper working order. Overall, my experience at Bill Cram Chevrolet was truly five-star worthy. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of top-notch service and a truly satisfying customer experience!

Our salesman, Matt, was awesome. He was excellent at explaining everything from financing to showing us how to work all the bells and whistles. This our first brand new car ever. We’ve always bought used. This is our fourth car we bought from Crams. My Dad always went to Bill Crams to buy his cars and always had good experiences, so my husband and I thought we would try them also. So far so good!

Rick Burt of the service department is amazing. I contacted the department in the morning, and inquired if they would be able to get me in that day for an oil change and a vehicle inspection, and I was able to get in at 2pm. I must say, all of the employees at Bill Cram Chevrolet are friendly and knowledgeable.
