You're probably reading these reviews because you want to know about this particular dealership just like I did. It's hard to know where to begin when we start this process. If I were you (and I was today), I'd start by calling and asking for Kevin Eichelman. He has a calm and warm personality that instantly makes you feel at ease. He doesn't speak fast and arrogant like most salesmen. I noticed he takes his time when explaining things and will listen to just about anything you have to say. Normally, purchasing a car feels like an entire day is wasted, but not today! The day flew by so quickly, and he didn't disappear on me at all. I was kept up to date with every move that was being made. From the bottom of my heart, I truly want to thank Kevin for all of his help. I was picky and noticed minor stains that he offered to clean himself. Then he also offered to return my rental car for me! Now that's going above and beyond!!! Thank you again, Kevin!!!
