After a frustrating experience trying to get repairs done at two other local Nissan dealerships, I cannot express how relieved and satisfied I am to have been connected with Sean Kim, my service advisor at Autonation Nissan. From the moment I walked in, Sean stood out as a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to thoroughly review my car’s service history, asked detailed questions to understand my concerns, and provided clear explanations of the repairs needed. His patience and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air after my previous experiences. What impressed me most was Sean’s ability to efficiently complete all the necessary repairs in just two visits. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. To my surprise, he even went above and beyond by performing a complimentary tire alignment service on my vehicle. This thoughtful gesture not only saved me money but also demonstrated his commitment to ensuring my car was in the best possible condition. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely wants to help their customers. I highly recommend asking Sean Kim for your next service visit. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy, and I can confidently say he won’t disappoint. Thank you, Sean, for turning what started as a stressful situation into a positive and hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be returning to you for all my future service needs!

AutoNation Nissan was my second experience with an AutoNation dealership. We had a good experience buying a Jeep from the AutoNation in Henderson so we gave the Nissan dealership on Sahara a try. It had the best price in town for a brand new Sentra. Brandon Yanez, the online sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I give Brandon five stars for his service. I dropped one star from the dealership because 1) it took over three hours to complete the purchase once we'd decided on everything and 2) the finance guy, Jenzel, tried too hard to sell me on extras like warranties and service contracts. I had to refuse four times, the last quite emphatically, before he would generate the paperwork to complete the purchase. The finance person in Henderson accepted my first rejection back in 2021 when buying my Jeep. She zipped through the process but she was older and more experienced. Jenzel was young and very eager so I don't blame him for trying. Still, it was after 10:00pm by the time we were done. Despite these minor challenges, I'd recommend AutoNation as a good place to buy vehicles, much better than United Nissan. Avoid them!
