Well worth the drive for wonderful service & friendly personalities from all salesmen. Eddie was my husband & I’s salesman who was exceptional in guiding us through all of the car’s functionalities as well as the bells & whistles it came with. If you are looking for a place that is lively & informative, this is the one place to go. We cannot recommend Flow enough & cannot thank Eddie enough for making our car buying experience as awesome as it was!!

Apr 2024: My salesperson was Deja Mitchell. She was friendly, helpful, and able to quickly obtain any info I needed. We went on several test rides together and she was never pushy or distracted by her phone. Deja worked well with her Sales Manager, Howard. They were a great team to work with. Though I didn't buy a VW (I bought a used Subaru) from them, I totally recommend Deja as your sales person. She's great!

Eddie was great. He listened to how we planned to use the car and directed us to the most appropriate options. He was knowledgeable and responsive, but never pushy. When we made a decision he and Howard were very transparent with pricing and they asked us a number of questions which ended up saving us money. We are very happy with our ID4 and overall it was the best car shopping experience we have had.
