First and foremost and bought 6 cars since I’ve been in Texas, and was completely blown away by the help and honesty from the Mazda VW Douglas group. I had the pleasure and immense privilege to work with Nathan as a salesman, and I’ve seen many in my life and never had this trust feeling and comfort during a car purchase. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, amazing insight on the cars they showed us. No grey areas, straight up transparent and that right there is hard to find. I really recommend purchasing a car with Nathan and his team ( Eli was fantastic as well ), I’m now so relieved and felt at home and understood. Their recommendations were spot on based on our budget and they couldn’t have done a better job. I’ll be coming back to purchase a second car in a month as I didn’t have a feeling I was getting ripped off or pushed in a vehicle that was out of my price range for me and my wife. Simply stunned and baffled of how good of a dealership and sales team along with their finance department that was tremendous. I was in and out in just a few hours, test drove 3 cars until we find the one. Hands down best dealership and team I’ve ever worked with. You can’t go wrong with! Amazing !

My salesman was Brady. He was so accommodating. I did my whole transaction over the phone and all I had to do was go in and sign papers. We were in and out of there less than an hour! He was so nice and so friendly and so was the finance manager! I highly recommend Douglas VW.

I have never owned a VW before and was in a pinch to buy a car because my daughter totaled her car. Joseph was very informative about the different packages of the car we were interested in. He sent through text and email all info requested immediately. He was then patient as we waited on our insurance to pay out. Once we got to the actual purchasing, Dane was just as helpful with financing. Overall, it was a great and painless experience!
