I am pleased to write about yesterday's visit to your dealership. I was there to return my leased car and get the new lease car. For this i had a appointment with Mr. Emir Maslesa ( Sales consultant ) I want to share a very good experienced regarding dealing with Mr. Emir as i found him very humble and a good listener. I Notice that he is a very knowledgeable person . He leased us a new car in minimum possible time. The process was so smooth and quick that i was pleasantly surprised. Before closing my review i also want to say thanks to Mr. Jonathan ( Finance Manager ) who did all the papers work in the quickest time. He explained every thing step by step regarding my car payment. I also found him a very professional and kind person.

This is the best VW location! I usually have Matthew assists, but everyone in the service department is very friendly and informative. Location is great too, while you’re waiting for your car to get serviced you a have a complimentary Uber drop off take you to the Americana or to grab a coffee nearby and get some work done.

Amazing experience. Tony is professional, knowledgeable , helpful & kind. I was referred to Tony from a family friend and I’m so glad I was. Everything went fast, smooth and completely satisfied with my lease. I’ll be coming back soon and will tell my family & friends. I can say enough about this experience.
