I just financed a vehicle through this dealership and could not be any more pleased with the process. I talked to Lisa all day over the phone working to make a deal that her manager and I were both happy with. When arrived to finalize everything, the nature of the work place and the staff’s friendliness was impressively happy and enthusiastic. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This dealership has excellent customer service and VERY fair pricing. I never once felt like I was dealing with a “car salesman”. I am a new mom looking for a safer vehicle , and their kindness and helpful attitudes meant more to me than they probably know. I won’t go anywhere else but here for a car moving forward. Thank you is an understatement.

Good people to work with! We had some great people get us into a great car! Jacque was awesome and knowledgeable, Adam guided us through the paperwork and price negotiation, and Zach finished it off in the finance office. Very comfortable experience. We knew we had a good deal and it felt smooth all through the process.

Our family’s experience at Volkswagen has been great. We’ve purchased numerous vehicles at this point through Lisa. I would give five stars, but unfortunately my experience with the service department has fell short. I’ve personally dealt with other dealerships service departments and have had much better experiences with them I.e., Subaru. I want my review to be honest and help a customer decide whether Volkswagen is right for them or not - so I won’t say anything that I don’t mean. Their sales department is outstanding, but one person in particular keeps our family coming back: Lisa. Lisa is the most intentional, honest, and hardworking salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She’s communicative and gets things done. If it weren’t for her, our family would have probably chosen another dealership by now. We recently purchased a 2024 GTI 380 from Ken Garff. The vehicle is nothing short of amazing and still amazes me every time I take it for a spin. However, I’ve experienced some minor issues with the vehicles electronic systems, specifically a unit responsible for communicating with CarNet. I have been one week without a vehicle and still no word on an estimated date of return. The service department failed to check a simple feature when diagnosing my vehicle. As I drove away I spoke to Volkswagen Support (extremely helpful), and they advised me to return the vehicle so that the dealership would submit a ticket to replace the faulty unit. I’ve seen similar reviews and unfortunately I now share the experience of a poorly communicating service department. The first time they returned my vehicle, it was “completed” being serviced and no one reached out to me. Had I not called about a dozen times, they probably would have reached out to me the next day. When you’re paying this much for a vehicle, or any vehicle really from a dealership of this caliber, these are issues you don’t think to have. As I was completing some documentation for my vehicles “completed” service, I heard the advisors say to a technician that, “that light should’ve been the first thing they checked,” in reference to the light near the SOS button at the top of my car. The service was therefore incomplete and prompted me to call Volkswagen. They asked me to leave the car again and that if I couldn’t that day, to leave it the next. I left it there in hopes that they’d begin later that day, if not the next morning - my vehicles service has yet to be started and it has been two days since I left it. Please don’t leave me without a vehicle if you are unable to begin the service promptly. I also have not been provided a rental vehicle. None of my voicemails were ever responded to. I’ve had to call dozens of times to get a hold of someone at the service department. Our family will still be choosing Ken Garff in the future. But I must add that if Lisa were not there, that may be different. The Volkswagen call center is extremely knowledgeable and is easy to speak to a real person. The entire sales department is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is noticeably different from the service side.
