So if you're in the market for a new car seriously do yourself a favor and go see him. Not only does he bend over backwards to ensure you get exactly what you want, but he's also the epitome of honesty and transparency when it comes to pricing and everything else. He’ll tell you what the car does, what it doesn’t do, what it’s amazing at, and what it sucks at. Also, his prices are unbeatable—I promise, no one else even comes close. He’s totally zero pressure and he genuinely cares about his clients and goes way above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I've done my last three leases with him, and even when I moved away from the area, I made sure to drive (what took us 2 hours in traffic) down to work with him again because, trust me, nobody else can match his prices and quality of customer service. Not only did he drive over an hour and a half to personally deliver a car to me with no additional charge, this poor guy spent hours on end looking for the exact version of the car I wanted, on the phone answering all my questions (sometimes more than once), and at the dealership as I went back and forth on all different colors and features a million times. (I’m probably a salesman’s worst nightmare TBH). So if you're in the San Francisco area (or really anywhere in driving distance honestly) feel free to test drive elsewhere especially since I know SF can be tough for that, but when it comes time to seal the deal, for the love of god go see Justin. I promise you won't regret it if you do and I also promise you WILL regret it if you don’t!

The entire process of buying the golf r was the best I've experienced at a dealership. Price was the best in California, Made the verbal agreement over thphone, came in and the entire team was very efficient in getting out the door in a very timely manner. No surprise add-ons during the finance and paperwork process and no pressure sales. Sean, Justin and the finance guy were all a joy to work with and the follow up call from Sean was much appreciated. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I buy another VW
