What a refreshing experience! I had finally found the vehicle I had been searching for (for months). I was immediately contacted by Steve who scheduled a test drive with me. His vibe was completely what we were hoping for during this experience. He was knowledgeable about our vehicle ('21 Atlas), and if he was unsure about something he made a point to find out. His tour on pickup day was great and I felt like I had a pretty good handle on all the tech when I finally drove away. We loved his honesty and candid demeanor. The whole Mitchell VW team was friendly and super accommodating to us and our 6 week old baby we dragged along for the ride. We LOVE our Atlas and wouldn't hesitate to refer friends/family. This place was amazing to us. Marin was awesome from the start. Absolutely zero pressure, even after the test drive. Worked with us throughout the process and went above and beyond getting the vehicle ready for us. Josh, the finance manager, was also an absolute riot. He made signing paperwork a blast, very hard to do. I never thought I would buy anything but a Subaru in my life but I am very happy with VW and the crew at Mitchell especially. Thanks all!

If you are looking to purchase or lease a Volkswagen, do not waste your time at any other dealership and go to Mitchell Volkswagen. I made the unfortunate mistake at going to a closer location where the service was terrible and the sales people were not trustworthy. From my first contact with Mitchell, specifically their Sales Manager, Jeremy Pratt I was blown away by the friendly customer service, straight forwardness and efficiency. I have bought and purchased several cars; this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Not only was Jeremy exceptional, but when we arrived to pick up our new car every member of the team greeted us with smiles, asked how they could help & just went above and beyond. Every other dealership should take notes from Mitchell Volkswagen & their team, I’ve never felt more welcomed and accommodated anywhere else.
