Casey got in touch with me right away to give me his contact and to let him know if I had any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle. When my car was finished, he called to walk me through his findings and recommendations, and I was able to pay for the service over the phone. Amazing!

Zach was helpful and communicative. He worked expeditiously to get me in for the service I needed. Overall, the service from the team was very positive. However, the biggest obstacle to giving Volkswagen a 5 star review is due to the fact that the staff is not up to speed on EVs. The times I've come in for service on our brand new car, the charging station wasn't able to provide a charge prior to me picking up the car. Either there are not enough chargers or the staff doesn't understand how long it takes and when to begin. This last service, our car was also not washed due to the car wash being broken. However, it does seems like the staffing shortage that caused delays in communication/follow-up previously, have gotten better.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was very specific in the car that I wanted and worked with Grant in getting what I was after. He kept me informed and gave me progress reports every couple of weeks. He did an excellent job through the entire process. Charlie the sales manager was also fun to work with. He was friendly and did a great job assisting Grant with my car request. And finally, Scott in finance was down to earth and great to work with. It seemed like the staff at VW Eugene was having a good time and the atmosphere was upbeat. It felt like a comfortable place to be. Ironically there were 3 of us customers looking at/buying GTI's at the same time. That made the buying process that much more fun. A+ job. Thank you everyone.
