I'm new to the area and needed warranty service performed on our VW so I Googled "nearby VW dealers" and Garvey came up first so basically 'tag, you're it!' happened! I spoke with Heidi Roy to schedule service and made an appointment a couple days later. Brandon Manney was my service advisor and we discussed what was needed. He assessed the repairs and arranged everything. I brought him a rather complicated problem but he took care of everything! He made the repair process easy and when I picked up the car everything was exactly what he said it was. Very pleased and will be back. Plus, there is a nice golden retriever in the business office! Comfortable lounge with free coffee, it's all good.
Cramer worked quickly to get me a fantastic deal on a new car, saving me time and money! He was super easy to talk to and truly did everything he could to help get me in a reliable car within my budget. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
