I had chosen a vehicle from McDonald's on Colorado Blvd and had a great experience with the salesman until the "Finance Manager" got involved. In half a day, they managed to show me just how slimy they could be! I called Tyler at Larry Miller, and within two hours, I drove away with a better car, better terms, and a redeeming experience. Shy (Finance manager) was off-the-charts great! The only limitation was education about the actual vehicle. I had an appointment set and the sales person turfed me so he could deliver a vehicle. IF YOU BUY the EV, you need to watch every video on You Tube you can find.
Larry H Miller was awesome and everyone was great! We went to just about all the dealerships in the area looking for the right car, and this was honestly the only good experience we had. Our sales rep Jason was THE BEST! When we buy a car again we are 100% going straight back to him. He was very nice, super knowledgeable, and very patient while we took over a month to make a decision. He wasn’t pushy or rude, and didn’t talk to us like we were dumb like other places. He also sent us a very detailed video of the car we were interested in before we came out to make sure we liked it first. The dealership made a mistake when valuing my trade in, but they were very nice and did everything they could to make it right (they did make it right!). They go above and beyond for their customers, and they deserve all the credit for that! The manager was very nice as well. We also dealt with the service center for my old car as there was a recall on it and they were also very nice. They completed it in a timely manner and gave a very detailed report on the whole vehicle. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be driving to this one instead of using one closer to us, just because of how great they are!
LMVW fixed my car, running brand new!!! No complaints here! Dana is such a nice man, goes above & beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied!!!! And the little sweetheart woman is such an out going young lady , too kind, and brings lots of smiles... also the young man that checked me out was kind as well, not to forget the man that is always on hand to give and offer rides to the customer ..is pleasant to talk too, who also washed my car before I left!!! You all ROCK!!!!
