My interaction with my service advisor was excellent, but I still feel that as a dealership, you overcharge for your services overall. While I understand that's how you keep the lights on, it hurts to know how much it costs to do the various repairs, versus what you charged me. I had to have three items done this time and ended up spending over $3,000, that's a lot of money these days, and I believe you could have reduced your pricing more than what I received. You want honesty, there it is.

Naomi was extremely helpful. She took the time out to explain the differences in the vehicles and she also took pictures of varying cars and sent them to me before visited the store. She was very honest and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything. I would recommend Timmons and Naomi specifically to my family and friends.

The service advisor and the technician was able to replicate 3 issues that only happen randomly. I really appreciate that they did not just say I was not able to see the issue. The service advisor Diego also provided me a Loner car right when he knew that it would take longer. This made me feel that they were really trying to fix the issue and wanted to take care of me. I will continue my car service with this dealership as I have had terrible experience at another dealer where I needed to post 1-2 star reviews on all platforms and report them to VW.
