I had a very pleasant experience with the salesperson, Caleb. Everything went very smoothly. I'm impressed with Caleb's knowledge of the Atlas SEL Premium R Line. He's quite knowledgeable of the vehicle. He answered all my questions. I like that he gets excited to tell me about vehicle's new and nice features. He even showed me how a lot of the things work. I got excited more of the vehicle each time he showed the new technology.

Our experience was terrific from start to finish! Very low-pressure with an emphasis on being helpful and knowledgeable and listening to our needs. We enjoyed working with Reggie—ask for him when you come in! And as a Packers fan it was pretty cool to meet the owner (a Lions fan). We had a good chat and even took a picture together. Seriously great people and a good car buying experience are to be had at Onion Creek Volkswagon.

My review comes super late, as I got my Tiguan in November 2023. This is my third vehicle from Onion Creek and my best experience thanks to Reggie. He didn’t waste my time and as a matter of fact, he was conscientious of when I had to leave. We started the procedure of leasing my vehicle and finished the next day. This was honestly the least painful car deal, and we know how excruciating they can be, thanks to Reggie. James in finance was also great to work with. Always fun to meet another Seinfeld fan.
