The service department is great. They answer the phone. They update you about the status of your vehicle via text. They send emails reminding you of your appointment time, and when it is time to be picked up, along with the receipt prior to even picking up. Laurie Simpson was very nice and responsive. They have a drop off area if your appointment is early in the morning for the night prior. Very large parking lot in the back. The inside of the dealership is a little on the small side.
