My wife and I recently brought a new car from here. The whole process was easy and we felt heard! We were lucky enough to work with Selena, and I can’t say enough good things about her and her approach. We were very open that we were still looking, it was our first stop on our journey to find a new car, but we didn’t feel pressured to make a deal that day. Eventually we decided the Tiguan was for us, so we called Selena and she had everything ready! Selena was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the sales process, next steps, and much more. I’ll also say the paperwork and signing process was easy too. Scott did a great job of walking us through everything, and again, we didn’t feel pressured to sign up for extra items if we didn’t want to.
