2026 Volkswagen Atlas 2.0T SE w/Tech 4MOTION

On my way back from NYC to Montreal, I noticed that my front wheel was missing a lug. I went back to the closest dealer. Service was about to close and I was going to put the lug that I purchased from parts myself. Omar at service insisted that they do it. He even took the time to do a quick inspection of the engine coolant. What an amazing experience. I strongly recommend them, and Omar is by far the best service specialist I ever met! Thank you Omar!

Staff was courteous, answered all our questions, didn't engage in pressure tactics. We ended up returning to buy a car from them after testing other cars and dealers for 2 weeks. Do not regret it so far unlike with my previous experiences with other car dealers that leave u feeling taken advantage of.

Brought my '19 alltrack in for recall service. The whole process was super simple, and everyone along the way was very friendly, particularly Trevor who corresponded with me regarding drop-off/pick-up. Service was very quick as well, which I appreciate.
