I’ve bought two cars from Carter - a ‘19 Alltrack 6-speed that has never needed service, and a ‘23 ID.4 which has been in three times for repairs/updates. (The repairs don’t bother me, it’s a new technology and I love the car). But each time, they gave me a free loaner for the duration. And on the last repair, they needed the spare key from me - so they sent a tech out to my house to pick it up. This was over and beyond what we have come to expect for great service. Also (forgot to mention) I found a smudge on the door that nobody could get off. So they paid the cost of having a paint company do it, $400 value. Yes, I will buy another car from Carter. How’s that ID.BUZZ coming along?

The Service was good. Thank you. However, I would like to say that when I brought the car in and when I came to pick it up, I was not greeted. It's a small thing, but when I stand there waiting and you have 2-3 service people there talking with each other or working on their computers you would think they would at least acknowledge me. It feels awkward to me to wait over 5 minutes, maybe even 10 min. It felt like a long time. Made me feel like I was in the wrong place.

I wanted to find the right car with a car-buying experience that offered transparency, efficiency, and trust. I got Ted, who quickly responded and helped guide a simple, easy car-buying experience. We were able to do most of the transactions over the phone and through text/email. I spent an hour and a half in the dealership which is exactly the amount of time that I told him I wanted. It was a lovely shopping experience. I wish all dealerships operated this way.
