I had recently gotten into a car wreck with my previous Volkswagen and I was looking for a new car something smaller, and with reasonable payments. I had gotten a call from Adrian about seeing if I wanted a new vehicle. I went into Volkswagen with the hopes of finding something. Adrian was extremely helpful and very personable. I’m a repeat customer at Volkswagen because every experience has been so amazing! The salesman, John Flanagan, has always shown great attentiveness and hospitality when I go. He listens to what I need and want in my deal and the choice of vehicle and finds a way to deliver. The finance manager, Rene Hernandez, is also incredible and how he is able to make the deal exactly what I need I to be for the vehicle of my choice. He has great customer service which is why all the 6 vehicles I’ve purchased in my lifetime have been through him. He definitely makes you feel like you’re family and that speaks volumes to me in customer service!
