I had a great experience at this dealership. Annie was my sales rep and she's totally no pressure, personable, and knowledgeable. I purchased a 2022 Tiguan which is immaculate inside and out. Zero haggling on my trade-in too. I had planned on purchasing the vehicle with cash and their finance rep(Kimberly I believe) submitted my application and came back with an excellent interest rate. The best car purchasing experience I've ever had and I'm one of those who trades cars often.

The staff are friendly and courteous, as well as helpful. They repaired my car in a timely manner. The rates are reasonable. The tech who worked on my car is very knowledgeable & good at his job. I would highly recommend Bloomington-Normal Auto Mall to have your vehicle repaired or are in the market for another vehicle.

Everyone was very nice. Also, my car's problem was diagnosed quickly and could be fixed that day without having to schedule another appointment (I realize there are times when that would be necessary). Finally, Shannon, my service advisor kept me informed and offered me a loaner without my having to ask about transportation. That's excellent customer service!
