Abdul was a very straight forward, patient, and zero drama salesperson. Abe our finance manager never toggled the numbers or pressured me into any decisions. Tim the manager came out to congratulate me and shake my hand. I’ve already received follow up information on my car and an invitation to schedule a 1-1 “all you need to know about your new car” appointment! I did my research and took my time deciding on my new car purchase. I was never pressured into any “what do we have to do to close this sale” garbage. I was allowed to do me. They were rewarded with my business and my purchase of a 2024 pearl blue Limited Subaru Crosstrek purchase! So win win for everyone!! Extremely positive impression. This is the first time had an oil change at this Dealership. From the very beginning, I was greeted by Josh and walked through the process. He was helpful in answering all my questions. The car was ready when he said it would be. Plus, it was finished off with a car wash, wipe down by, Josh! Very clean waiting room. I highly recommend!
