2025 Volkswagen ID.4 PRO S AWD

I recently had a service appointment. I have been here in the past and wasn’t pleased with communication. This most recent visit was unbelievably pleasant. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car. My advisor Heather was amazing. She continued to keep me up to speed throughout the process. She was kind, informative and absolutely delightful to deal with. I believe she’s relatively new to the dealership, I was there less than a year ago and did not see her. I hope she is a permanent employee here in Danbury. And will be returning to her in the future.

Danbury VW provides excellent service, better than most in my opinion. The dealership is clean and the staff is friendly and organized.
