Overall experience was great. Only complaints are that my oil change and routine maintenance service took 3 hours even though I had an early 9:30am appointment. They did offer to get me a ride which I appreciated but it would have been nice knowing before hand that it would take that long. I also received a video message about recommending a filter change but it wasn't clear that that was something I had to ask to be done so I didn't do it. It would have been nice if someone spoke to me about it in person and made my options clear. I appreciated being checked on regularly though. I was offered water and coffee multiple times and appreciated that the waiting space was a nice place to wait and get work done. Everyone was very friendly.
Thank you Armando for actually caring and taking the time to communicate with me about the issue everyone else seemed to have no clue about. After over a month I got what I was promised. It’s sad that everyone is your best friend until you buy a car and then never acknowledge you again. Armando actually made it happen when he said he would. People spend a lot of for a vehicle don’t treat them like there just another sell. That’s how you don’t get return customers. I truly appreciate your hard work and commitment to me even after the sell.
Steve was more than accommodating of my schedule and indecisiveness. He and the sales manager stayed long past closing time and allowed me to thoroughly examine my options. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and options. I felt like a valued customer and part of the VW family through the sale, and even afterward while working through a few minor issues that came up.
