Betten got me in much sooner than another reputable service center in town and provided a comprehensive inspection and recommended 40K mile service on my wife’s (new to her) Atlas. Evan, the VW rep was informative, efficient and super nice. He helped me save a bit on adding tire rotation and rebalancing. There were no surprises or add on items and I felt comfortable with his answers and advice. I’ll be back but hopefully not too soon!
Relocated from PA where car was purchased! I was told Betten provide loaners for warranty work (PA dealer did). Turns out the car had to be overnight situation. They did provide a ride to and from my home! Results remain to be seen!
