We were new to the community, but looking for a Jeep, so we went to Lithia. We were greeted by Trent, who over the next three weeks called us, showed us and took us in test drives in various cars until he found just what we were looking for--great guy who was very helpful without pressure. All the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable all the way up to Dillon, the manager, who came and just sat and shot the breeze with us. Everyone knows their job, does it well, and when we found the Jeep we wanted, it went well and it went fast. We got a good and fair deal, and we left as friends. We'll go back, and we'll recommend them to our friends and family.

Finally a positive experience at a dealership! We are out of state and Alex went above & beyond to help us feel confident about our purchase. Alex conducted multiple video calls to inspect the vehicle, answered all our questions (even researching some first), and even picked us up from the airport! We love our new-to-us van and there were no unpleasant surprises.
