Broke down here around a year ago. Great service, no BS and a fair price. I did know what the issue was though, so keep that in mind. The spark plug blew out and all the thread went out on the block. The mechanic re threaded it and stuck a new spark plug in there a decent time and for a decent price.

My wife and me was headed home from a weekend camping, we drive a ram 3500, about a mile out of Ely our DEF system started throwing codes and we had 150 miles and it was gonna derate us down to 5mph. I got to dealer first thing in the morning and they did not hesitate to get me in. The problem was a recall on system was out of there less than an hr. This was 2nd time I’ve been to this dealership, and about 8yrs ago my wife had same problem and they helped her right away. Definitely best dealership I have ever dealt with, people are very nice and definitely do what they can to get you in and out quickly
