2026 Dodge Charger R/T AWD

We purchased a used vehicle in May of 2023. The sales department was easy to work with, a little flexible on price, and was able to go through my credit union for financing. Overall I felt pretty good about the experience. Two weeks after purchase the check engine light came on. I genuinely feel that it was happen stance and the dealership had no idea. I went in last week to find another used vehicle. The vehicle drove great but the check engine light came on. The sales person agreed to have it checked and repaired prior to me taking delivery. I went back to pick up on Wednesday and they let me know that everything was taken care of. When I drove the vehicle home the light came back on. I was able to have the light checked and repaired through an independent repair facility. After communicating this with the sales department they have agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. Having purchased two used vehicles from them I am appreciative of the sales team they have. They aren’t pushy, have good market value pricing and have really streamlined purchasing and financing through my credit union.

Junior and Dante were EXTREMELY helpful today (6/23/24), they are genuinely nice, awesome people. We were looking at a BMW X5 and they even allowed us to take it to another dealership to compare it to another one we were looking at. You definitely don’t get the typical “salesman” vibes at this dealership and we will definitely be going back for any other future vehicle needs! Thank y’all for such a wonderful experience ??
