2026 Dodge Charger R/T AWD

Went in with a vehicle still owed on but wanted out of and had my sights on a vehicle they already had. Sent in the request and managed to communicate with me promptly. Had the vehicle ready for me to see and test drive. Have answered any follow-up questions I have had quickly by text. Honestly they gave the southern friendliness that made dealing with them easy. Would go again in the future.

My truck broke down on the way to a job site and the dealership was closest to be able to do some work. They fit me in their schedule on an emergency appointment and was able to replace my transfer case under warranty in under 24 hours. The staff were courteous, kind, accommodating and I would absolutely recommend this dealership 100%! I wish they were closer to where I lived so that they could be my everyday dealership.

Had an intermittent no start issue with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, had three mechanics go over it before taking it into Walt’s. We were greeted and checked in by Michelle Jones, she was so welcoming, professional, made us feel like family! Assured us that the technician would be able to find the problem, and sure enough that same day she called and told us that no start had been solved, the technician/technicians Roy Chris Barry had traced down the problem that no one else had been able too! I can’t give enough praise to the Service Department and Customer Service Support and the Technicians at Walt’s Live Oak Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I would recommend them highly!
