I live outta state and ended up having to have a new motor put in the truck. 2 weeks later the truck was done. The dealer was more money than the independent shops but all the independent shops could not get a motor for 2 months. Came to pick the truck up and the bill was considerably more than I had expected. They worked with me on the price of the bill and we met in the middle. Went to leave and my truck would not start, went back in and talked with the service manager and he had 3 guys working on, discovered the starter went bad. They found a starter for me and put it in while I waited, I went from being unhappy to being very happy. They are a good honest Shop.
Justin did an amazing job at finding the right vehicle for me. He was patient with all my questions. The process of buying my new vehicle was very timely and efficient. Will definitely visit this dealership for future vehicle purchases.
Excellent service from the very beginning with this dealership. Scott was amazing to deal with: quick responses and help with all questions, made financing quick and painless by making sure everything was approved before I even took a test drive. Said test drive was a snap to set up, THEN when I was on the fence about the vehicle, he made sure to have my concerns addressed thoroughly and very quickly. I was able to re-test drive to be sure the car was right for me, and this time I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the vehicle. Scott was also extremely patient with me as I worked through this decision. I never felt pressured to buy, only supported throughout the entire process. These professionals definitely value the customer experience above all, as evidenced by the attention to not only the details that maintain the business high standards, but also prioritizing the concerns and comfort of the customer throughout. Pleasantly surprised and would highly, highly recommend!!
