Customer service was fabulous. Although I had to wait a month for my warranty part to come in, I received weekly updates on the part status and was scheduled promptly when the part became available. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was welcomed immediately. And they began the service work. I was offered a courtesy ride to my barber, and then picked up promptly. The work was accomplished ahead of schedule, and I have had no problems with the repair. I would highly reccomend Vaughn Motors for your vehicle's service work. The staff seemed to generally want to make my experience comfortable.
Would definitely recommend I was waiting for parts on my jeep for quite awhile, because of the strikes. They made sure I had a loner vehicle asap. And kept me updated as best they could. Speedy repair once the parts arrived. Very happy with the services provided.
Had the model I had been looking for with the options I wanted. Also. With the price point and all the rebates offered. Nice experience, worth the 1.5 hour drive
