The service was completed within the promised time. Service Advisor Leland Paxon took the time to explain everything, he provided a detailed estimate without any pressure to have the work done immediately. Although we were dissatisfied with Luis the seller/insurance department, because of you and your ability to work with customers, we will definitely buy another car from Bill Luke and we will also be recommending!????
