My wife and I have bought a couple of cars over the past 17 years. We absolutely do not look forward to it whatsoever. We came into Lodi Chrysler Jeep Ram looking for a pre owned Toyota Tacoma, I saw online. Salesman Hector met us, and introduced himself. We told him what brought us in. He said great and grabbed the keys for us. He brought the car to us. I looked it over and the three of us went on a test drive. We got back and we asked if they could put together a financial worksheet for us to review. The numbers just didn't work for us. The manager Shannon came over to talk with us. He was great, very friendly and really worked with us. Shannon went back made some adjustments and came back with numbers we were comfortable with. During this time with the numbers being worked, with the test drive and the initial contact we spent sometime with Hector. He is without a doubt the nicest, most sincere, honest, and personable salesman we’ve ever met. He talked about his family and asked about ours and a bunch of other stuff. He is absolutely phenomenal. We felt ZERO pressure from him and Shannon….zero. I just can’t say enough about Hector. He told us he’s been working a Lodi Chrysler for about a month. Well we lucked out and picked a great day to see that Tacoma. We bought it and couldn’t be happier. If anyone’s needs a recommendation to buy a car, this is definitely the dealership to visit and Hector is without a shadow of a doubt the salesman to ask for!
