My experience started off terrible with Don as my service guy who treated me like I was irrelevant and was very dismissive. I made an appointment the week prior and was told I was guaranteed a loaner and then when I got there that was not the case. He was quite rude and service manager said he could get me in the next Monday and get me a loaner vehicle. When I showed up the next Monday Don has NOT made the appt or put notes in at all about what was wrong. Thankfully Danny Mateo took over and was AMAZING. His customer service skills are on point and he did everything to make sure my experience was excellent. He kept me updated along the way so I always knew what was going on with fixing my new 2023 Jeep and answered any questions I had. Danny was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. He completely changed my experience with Auto Nation and I will always cone back to Auto Nation for future needs.

Edit: was contacted by service manager later and they were able to bring my van in and fix it quickly. Happy with service provided. Oil change was estimated to take 90 minutes by service provider. Had another issue, told them what I thought it was, they said they would need 24 hours to diagnose and then have to order parts and more time to fix. Aggravated that I have warranty but have to fix myself due to not being able to be without vehicle for extended time.

They were really helpful and worked with my car's extended guarantee. Considering that the car needed parts to be ordered and the time/weather they also took care of the whole repair pretty quick. The missing star is due to returning the car dirty, mom wasn't pleased with her dirty car.
