Great experience overall! No pressure sales, informative, financial lending options, nice showroom, relaxing atmosphere. Cameron was nice and polite and listened to what I said about my need for my car buying experience. They got me in, financed, accepted my trade and had me out of there within 2 hours. If I have to say something not flattering, it is that the car could have been detailed a bit better on the inside. It wasn't bad but maybe it was me being too finicky but it did not take away from the pleasant experience I had/received. Thanks to all at Hayes who I had the pleasure of interacting with, even the ones I didn't who still took the time to speak and say, "hi"...

If you want a non pressured and relaxing car buying experience, this is the best place for it. I simply cannot recommend Cameron enough to guide you in your sales journey. He will do everything he can to make your experience great without the stress or pressure of a lot of salesman that I’ve dealt with at other dealers in the past. I was searching states away for a jeep and Hayes is only a few minutes from where I live. Cameron is the reason I came to Hayes and got what I needed without having to go too far! He’s also why I’ll keep recommending this dealer to everyone! I am such a happy camper! Just do it! Buy the Jeep!!!

Completely professional. We went over numbers and made sure everything was correct. Honest, showing all numbers and everything before any signing anything. Considerate, evaluation of needs and wants and offering any information to help in decision making process. My personal experience was as positive as could be. I have not one complaint. Completely satisfied. Other dealerships could/should learn a thing or few from this dealership!
