This is a review of Mike and Brendan who work the service desk. I actually got in an accident on 18 when I hit an huge pothole outside of the Jeep dealership and pulled in their parking lot hoping to be able to get my car taken care of. Because it was a different make and model than what they service, I had to ultimately get it towed to my dealer, but they were so kind, reassuring, and hospitable while I waited. I am forever grateful for their kindness and compassion as I was quite frazzled. We will be in the market for a new car in a few years and after this experience, I am definitely considering going to this dealership - the way their employees responded showed top notch service in a way you don’t see often nowadays.
