Overall great buying experience! I was traveling over 700 miles and Craig made sure the deal was finalized before I left so there were zero surprises. He offered me a ride from the airport, made sure I was comfortable after my trip and was just a great guy to work with. Andres and Anthony went out of their way to make things right when there was only one key for the vehicle. I purchased a 2021 used car but Kunes detailed the car so it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. An overall very positive experience with Craig and Kunes.

I traveled from St. John Indiana to Woodstock, Illinois which is approximately 100 miles / two hours, all due to the way we were treated over the phone from October Gamble and Santino Perrone. This dealership is like no other that I have ever dealt with. Not only was the dealership clean and inviting by all the employees I passed coming in, but I also can’t say enough about the customer service that my husband and I received from these two individuals understanding that we are not the easiest to deal with seeing that my husband was a car sales manager for a major company for over 10 years. Both October and Santino bent over backwards to ensure that we got into the right vehicle (Wagoneer) that best suited our needs along with working to get us the best price possible. They were both unbelievable to deal with and provided us with superior customer service without being the typical "pushy car salesperson." We had NEVER encountered this with ANY dealership in the past. We are also going back in a few months to trade my husband's car in and pass a great number of other dealerships just so we can purchase from October and Santino. We also want to give a special shout out to Tony the finance manager who explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We left the dealership with such a positive experience that we had never had before with any of our vehicle purchases. It was strange for us to leave with such an awesome feeling that we had never encountered before. We highly recommend this dealership specifically October and Santino. You will NOT be disappointed!
