We went just to look at van for my family and ended up taking it home that same day. We worked with Jamil at the Peoria Sam Leman and he’s been wonderful. He made sure I got the two tires replaced that we’d worked out in our deal. And there’s a slight issue with the drivers side mirror we noticed after brining it home and he’s done a lot to make it right and get our service taken care of we are just waiting for a part and a date to bring it in to be fixed. He was very kind easy to deal with not pushy and made sure we were comfortable with the deal being made. I highly recommend going to see Jamil!

The entire process - selecting a vehicle, negotiating pricing for that vehicle, trading in my older vehicle and completing financing - took roughly 4 hours with the most time spent test-driving and selecting. No one tried to rush the decision or tried to push toward any specific vehicle. My spouse plans to update his vehicle at some point and we plan to return to Sam Leman for that purchase as well. Beyond all of that ... well ... I love my new Jeep!
