Albert was friendly soon as we stepped in the doors he offered help. Great salesman, very professional and did what he could to get us into our car. He also was generous and talkative during the waiting time. Very friendly staff and gets straight to business. If it’s your first time here I’d say call and ask questions before coming in to be prepared. However I got my car and everything’s working fine with no damages or problems.

Overall good, positive experience. We appreciated the newer staff’s attitude and work ethic in helping us close the deal on our new-to-us car. Nick was very helpful and responsive!! Mileage showed the car was due an oil change- I asked if they would change it prior to purchase (maybe unreasonable request, i suppose) and after a back and forth including the manager we got a free oil change (that was put on a “we owe” that somehow went missing from the paperwork and had to be completed again). Have to drive an hour back and their service department is only open M-F but at least we’ll get it ;) There was only one key fob (which is common with used cars, I guess) and they must not make extras because as much of a deal as I was making out of wanting a second fob they never presented any prices for purchasing. There was one page we refused to sign in the paperwork — something about responding to requests for feedback on customer experience within three hours of a call or something with significant consequence could happen —totally bizarre never saw that before. Received several emails asking for a 5-star review so hoping this 4-star review is acceptable. We think it’s fair. If you are local to the Columbia area or they have a used car you want specifically I would definitely recommend. Can’t say it would be worth the trip if you were looking for something standard that’s available at any other dealer.

This is one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Matt Malone and the team at Clement kept it simple. It was actually a pleasurable experience for me buying a new truck this time around. I will highly recommend to all my friends.
