Absolutely excellent experience. Drove 4 hours to pick up a 2022 Ram. One of the salesman, Eloy, communicated with me via text to get the deal done remotely, and I was on my way after about 30 minutes of standard paperwork when in the dealership. Would recommend to everyone. True 5-star experience.

Just had a oil change done on my truck but before that i had noticed i was leaking oil. I going my truck in and when i went to pick it up it was no charge. They said it was there fault from the last oil change that the oil filter wasn't tight enough. This is what i love about them if they know it was there fault they fix it with no charge. I have been dealing with New Carlisle Dodge for about 9 yrs and I love the family vibe. Everybody is so nice there and they know how to treat there customers. So anybody that wants to buy a Ram or Jeep I recommend them 100%. I will never go to another dealer.
